Individual Sessions

Life can sometimes feel overwhelming—leaving you stuck in anxiety, weighed down by depression, or unsure how to move forward after trauma. Individual therapy offers a safe space to pause, reflect, and begin making sense of what you’re feeling.

At Flying Point, therapy is a collaborative process built on trust and open conversation. Together, we’ll explore your experiences, strengthen coping skills, and support meaningful growth and healing.

Our approach draws from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing—all tailored to your unique needs and goals.

Group Sessions

It can feel like you’re carrying the weight alone when you’re struggling. Group therapy reminds us that healing doesn’t have to happen in isolation. By connecting with others who understand, you gain not only skills and strategies but also a community of support that can make the journey less heavy and more hopeful.

We offer:

  • This group is designed for parents who want to strengthen their relationships with their children and build healthier family dynamics. Using the Nurturing Parenting Program, we focus on positive parenting strategies, stress management, and communication skills. Parents leave with practical tools, greater confidence, and a supportive community of peers who understand the challenges of raising children today

  • This group offers a safe, confidential space for survivors of military sexual trauma to process experiences, reduce isolation, and begin healing. The group blends trauma-informed, evidence-based practices with peer support to help participants rebuild trust, foster resilience, and regain a sense of empowerment. Together, we work toward recovery in a setting that honors both individual experiences and shared strength.
