Investing in the next generation of ethical, skilled clinicians

At Flying Point Therapy Collective, we provide clinical supervision for LPCCs and LSWs in Colorado who are working toward independent licensure. Our supervision is grounded in reflective practice, emphasizing self-awareness, professional growth, and the thoughtful use of self in clinical work.

Supervision sessions focus not only on clinical skills and case conceptualization, but also on creating space to reflect on values, emotions, and the parallel processes that shape therapeutic work. This approach supports both competence and confidence, helping clinicians grow into grounded, ethical, and compassionate practitioners.

My areas of expertise include trauma recovery, domestic violence, child welfare, sexual assault response, and military/veteran behavioral health. Supervision emphasizes ethical practice, professional growth, and developing confidence in applying evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectic Behavior Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
