Yes. We offer secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth sessions for clients anywhere in Colorado. Telehealth makes therapy more accessible for those with busy schedules, limited transportation, or frequent relocations (such as military families). Many clients find that telehealth provides the same level of connection and effectiveness as in-person sessions.

I use a client-centered, trauma-informed approach that blends evidence-based practices with warmth and compassion. My work often integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing, along with interventions like Strength at Home and Nurturing Parenting. Whether in individual or group settings, I focus on helping clients build resilience, strengthen relationships, and create lasting change.
